Found Verdugo Appliance Fix while searching online for dryer repair in Glendale, CA. Wasn’t sure who to trust, but these guys really know their stuff. Called them up, and they sent a tech right over. He was on time, super polite, and got straight to work on my finicky Samsung dryer.
Honestly, I was dreading a huge bill or being told to just buy a new dryer, but nope, he figured out the issue pretty quick. Something with the heating element – I’m no expert, but he explained it in a way that actually made sense. He had the part with him, fixed it fast, and now my dryer’s running like new. Didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need, which I definitely appreciated.
Overall, just a smooth experience. They really are pros when it comes to dryer repair. I’ll keep their number handy ‘cause you never know, but I’m hoping I won’t need any more repairs for a while.
